f059183- New CrashHandler.cs: captures AppDomain, Dispatcher, TaskScheduler exceptions - UI thread exceptions are handled gracefully (app continues) - Background task exceptions are observed (no process termination) - Fatal exceptions show dialog then exit - User-friendly French error messages - Sentry forwarding will be added in Phase 3
