affa9d4- New JsonFileSettingsBag: stores settings in ./config/settings.json - StorageFactory detects 'portable.marker' file next to exe - If portable.marker exists: JSON file backend, no registry - If not: normal Registry/WindowsStorage backend (unchanged) - Portable mode can run from USB stick with zero system footprint - Thread-safe with lock, auto-creates config/ directory
