Added menu items in tray icon context menu to manually launch:
- 'Show onboarding' - Opens onboarding window at any time
- 'What's new' - Opens changelog window

Also applied Fluent Design migration (partial):
- Fixed namespace conflicts (Theme vs System.Windows.Media.Brush)
- Fixed ResourceDictionary source paths (BetterTrumpet vs EarTrumpet)
- Fixed static brush animations (sealed/frozen error)
- Added comprehensive Fluent Design documentation

Known issues:
- Design still needs visual polish for true Windows 11 native look
- Some animations may need adjustment
- Further Fluent Design refinement needed
