Major redesign of onboarding and changelog windows to achieve a clean,
native Windows 11 appearance with minimal decorative animations.

## Changes

### Onboarding (OnboardingWindow)
- Reduced from 6 pages to 4 pages for faster completion
  - Page 0: Welcome (simple, centered)
  - Page 1: Setup (Audio + Appearance combined)
  - Page 2: Privacy (telemetry, startup, updates)
  - Page 3: Ready (simple checklist)
- Removed ALL decorative animations:
  - ❌ Splash screen with particles and logo burst
  - ❌ Breathing logo effect
  - ❌ Floating preview animation
  - ❌ Animated bars in previews
  - ❌ Typing effect on subtitle
  - ❌ User counter animation
  - ❌ Gradient shimmer
  - ❌ Confetti celebration
  - ❌ 3D logo hover tilt
  - ✓ Kept: simple page slide transitions (250ms)
- Simplified code:
  - OnboardingWindow.xaml.cs: 950 lines → 217 lines (-77%)
  - OnboardingWindow.xaml: 920 lines → 580 lines (-37%)
- Created reusable component library: OnboardingComponents.xaml
  - Clean button styles, cards, toggles, radio buttons
  - Consistent spacing and typography
  - Native Windows 11 visual language

### Changelog (ChangelogWindow)
- Removed decorative shimmer effect on title
- Simplified content animation (subtle fade+slide)
- Cleaned up rendering logic
- ChangelogWindow.xaml.cs: 438 lines → 372 lines (-15%)
- ChangelogWindow.xaml: 157 lines → 90 lines (-43%)
- Improved card styling for better readability

### ViewModel (OnboardingViewModel)
- Updated for 4 pages instead of 6
- Simplified navigation logic
- Combined device selection and theme selection into single page

### Design System
- New OnboardingComponents.xaml resource dictionary
- Consistent color palette (Windows 11 inspired)
- Reusable styles for cards, buttons, toggles
- Clean typography hierarchy
- Proper spacing using 4px grid

- Faster user completion time (~1 min vs ~2 min)
- More professional, less "gamified" appearance
- Better performance (fewer animations = less CPU/GPU)
- Easier to maintain (less complex code)
