Desktop: replace noisy tool logs with readable tool cards

- Add modular tool card components with minimized-by-default and expandable details views
- Add tool-card formatting helpers to humanize tool names, summarize args/results, and surface key facts
- Normalize legacy tool log lines (tool>/tool<) into paired tool feed items outside developer mode
- Wire ChatView to render normalized tool cards and keep raw logs for developer mode
- Refresh tool card styling for clearer hierarchy and readability
- Extend tool feed item status to include error and pass status through to cards
- Add tests for legacy log parsing/normalization
