Introduce a ContextSidebar and related UI/state updates: add a directory listing IPC handler (ipcMain) and expose listDirectory via preload/desktopApi/desktopCommands; store workspace file lists and latest todos in app store and refresh files on tool completions. Mount the new ContextSidebar in App and adjust thread runtime selection. Refactor ChatView feed handling to better render tool calls/logs and tighten developer-mode filtering. Large CSS cleanup and visual polish across the desktop app for improved layout, controls and theming.
