refactor(mobile): replace hardcoded mono font with theme.fontFamilyMono

Code blocks, tool call output, approval cards, and the pairing debug
preview previously hardcoded 'Menlo' or 'monospace'. They now reach for
theme.fontFamilyMono so they pick up the IBM Plex Mono family bundled
in the previous commit, matching the desktop chat surface.
