Reuse the existing promise waiter for socket readiness, register the latest store bindings once, and remove the always-true memory patch flag. Preserve disposal, timeout, retry, and model-clearing behavior.

Add regression coverage for rejected and late readiness, current store ownership, disposed re-ensure, and clearing inherited model overrides. All 8,364 tests, typechecks, Biome lint/check, and docs checks pass.
