  truth files.
- docs/websocket-protocol.md — add a2ui_surface event section and TOC entry.
- test/tools/a2ui.test.ts — tool behavior against a mocked applier.
- test/a2ui/conversationProjection.test.ts — projection emits uiSurface
  ProjectedItems with stable per-surface ids.
- apps/desktop/test/a2ui-surface-card.test.tsx — React renderer tests
  covering dynamic bindings, HTML escaping, unknown components, unsupported
  catalogs, and unsafe image schemes.

bun test (3184 pass) + bun run typecheck green.
