Adds a new desktop renderer (basic catalog: Text/Heading/Column/Row/Stack/
Button/TextField/Checkbox/Image/List/Card) and an A2uiSurfaceCard that
expands inline in the chat feed. Unknown catalogs render with a warning
banner; unknown component types render a diagnostic fallback. Interactive
controls are disabled in this phase until client-to-server actions land.

Also regenerates docs/generated/websocket-jsonrpc.* to include the new
uiSurface projected item variant.
