Replace one-off opacity washes (bg-foreground/[0.0NN]), ad-hoc border
alphas (border-border/NN), and arbitrary font sizes with the shared
.app-* utilities across the sidebar, sidebar rows, and app top bar.
Nav icons now inherit the button text color, and the migrated files are
added to the token-compliance semantic-text gate.
