Add --surface-row-hover/--surface-fill-strong fills, a 13px body and 15px
body-lg type step matching the product's real scale, and --radius-composer.
Retune --border-subtle/--border-strong into a real subtle/default/strong
ladder and remove unused --elevation-*, --text-xs..xl, and --danger-bg.
Border and fill helpers become variant-compatible @utility classes.
