Bring the new-chat landing composer in line with the chat composer
(shared radius, border, shadow, and 15px type), convert remaining
space-y layouts to flex/gap, and replace the last arbitrary radii and
border alphas in onboarding, file preview, explorer, and menu bar
surfaces.
