refactor(desktop): adopt semantic tokens across chat feed and composer

Unify feed cards, tool cards, and activity groups on the shared
border/fill/type utilities, tokenize the 28px composer pill as
rounded-composer, and move chat prose to the 15px body-lg type step so
the composer and its highlight overlay stay in sync.
