Plugin-owned skill installations no longer clutter the Skills tab (the
tab count matches); they are managed from the plugin's detail dialog,
which now renders proper display names instead of raw namespaced ids,
skill and plugin logos with monogram fallbacks, concise descriptions,
live per-skill enable switches wired to the existing installation
toggle routes, non-zero-only stat tiles, and humanized action labels.
