primeCitationReference fires un-awaited background resolutions that can
still be in flight when a later test installs its own fetch mock; the
stray call bumped the global fetch counter and failed the suite. Count
only this test's citation URLs (matched by path - the title fetch
arrives with a pinned IP hostname) and absorb unrelated requests.
