feat: fold the marketplace tab into the skills and plugins tabs

The standalone Marketplace tab is gone: the Skills tab now hosts a
Marketplace section with available skills, the Add marketplace dialog,
and the marketplace sources list, while the Plugins tab shows an
"Available from marketplaces" section only when a marketplace offers an
uninstalled plugin. Tab search filters the available cards too.
