- providerStatus.test.ts made real HTTP requests to the LM Studio endpoint
  (and read the developer's process.env) because fetchImpl/env were never
  injected; wrap every call in statusTestOptions() with a rejecting fetch
  stub and empty env so the file is offline and hermetic.
- Two workspace tests created 'dir' symlinks, which require Developer Mode
  or elevation on Windows and fail with EPERM otherwise; use the junction
  fallback the same files already use at their other symlink sites.
