fix: assert nested bun test results via JUnit report instead of reporter text

The mobile composer/native-tabs harness tests scraped the child bun test
process's human-readable reporter output for passing test titles. Bun
1.4.0-canary no longer echoes passing test names, so both tests failed on
any machine running a current canary. Write a JUnit report in the child
and assert on that instead - a stable, machine-readable contract.
