Custom MCP servers could no longer be added when the selected workspace
was a one-off chat (or projects were ambiguous): the page hid the entire
add/edit UI when no project workspace resolved, and workspace-layer
servers were read-only. The page now anchors to any connected workspace,
offers an "All projects" / "Only this project" location choice when a
project is in scope, and lets users edit and remove both personal and
project servers.

The surface is also reframed for consumers: "Connectors" with a guided
add dialog (remote URL first, local command as advanced), human auth
labels, personal/project badges, test-connection wording, and namespaced
tool ids shortened to plain tool names. Tool lists stay informational so
deferred tool exposure / tool search can slot in later.
