Wrap the native navigation tree in the installed GestureHandlerRootView so saved-desktop Swipeable rows no longer crash after pairing. Preserve the existing provider and safe-area ownership.

Validation: a rendered ancestry regression fails before the fix and passes afterward. The full 715-file runner, all TypeScript projects, Biome lint/check, and docs checks pass. Native Android pairing, saved-desktop swipes, and background recovery were exercised.
