- New A2uiSurfaceManager folds v0.9 envelopes and broadcasts a2ui_surface ServerEvents.
- New a2ui tool gated behind enableA2ui config flag (default off).
- Conversation projection emits uiSurface ProjectedItem into the session feed.
- JSON-RPC event projector forwards via cowork/session/a2ui/surface plus the
  standard item/started/item/completed notifications.
- TurnExecutionManager threads applyA2uiEnvelope into the tool context when the
  feature is enabled; AgentSession resets surfaces on session reset.
