Summary

Add a floating feedback launcher with page and element context.
Create issues in madison/open-git on behalf of the signed-in user.
Include mock mode and a success notification with a link to the issue.
Seed the product feedback namespace and repository, and keep the development Agentation control clear of the launcher.

Validation

Web TypeScript check passes.
Targeted ESLint passes.
Feedback action tests pass: 2 tests.
