PR page now has readable line-based diffs plus merge readiness details. state/merge actions are permission-gated on the server. Repo settings now support description, visibility, default branch, and deletion with s3 cleanup. Added vitest baseline for web validation/diff helpers and code-storage compare/fast-forward behavior. Added pnpm test / turbo test wiring.
