- RemoteState::new_with_limit: when the durable control DB cannot be
  opened (e.g. WAL lock contention in parallel test runs), the fallback
  in-memory connection now has migrations applied so the
  remote_cache_entries and remote_operations tables exist even in
  degraded mode. Without this, CacheCatalog::open failed on the
  fallback because list_cache_entries queried a non-existent table,
  causing a panic in the fallback's fallback.
- RemoteReconnectIndicator.test.tsx: fix TS2493 error from indexing
  Parameters<typeof usePlayerStore.getState>[0] — getState takes no
  arguments so the tuple type is empty. Use PlaybackStateSnapshot
  directly instead.
