BetterTrumpet v3.3.0

Two big things in this one, plus a bunch of polish.

In-app announcements - a new "What's new" page in the tray menu that shows updates, polls, and surveys directly inside BetterTrumpet. It is in beta right now, and the idea is to make it easy to give feedback without leaving the app.
Live votes - you can vote on polls and surveys right from the feed, and see results update in real time. There is also a free-text option if you want to say something specific.
Toggle it off - the whole thing is disableable from Settings > Privacy if you prefer. It is off by default until you opt in.

React/Fluent UI - the settings window is now a modern web-based interface with a near-black shell, violet accent, and translucent glass cards. It covers every settings page: shortcuts, presets, themes, rules, media, performance, updates, privacy, and diagnostics.
Deep search - the sidebar has a real search engine now. Type a few characters and it fuzzy-matches across all pages with accent folding and bilingual synonyms.
Per-device hotkeys - record a custom hotkey for each playback device in Shortcuts to switch defaults instantly.

Lightweight and private - BetterTrumpet now sends a simple anonymous ping to bettertrumpet.com on startup so I can get a rough idea of how many people are using the app. That is it. No Sentry, no breadcrumbs, no device names, nothing sold. You can turn it off from Settings > Privacy and it stays off. Manual log export still works the same way regardless.

Volume slider - click position now aligns with the thumb center, and held track clicks glide smoothly instead of jumping.
Flyout rows - new audio sessions now grow into the flyout smoothly instead of making the window pop taller.
Toast notifications - redesigned with a dark theme and proper stacking when switching devices quickly.
Device switch notification - new setting to show a notification when Windows changes the default audio device.
Chinese localization - zh-CN and zh-TW translations have been improved.
Hotkey fixes - recording no longer gets trapped by focused buttons, and stuck paused states are cleaned up on unmount.
