Localization

• 28 remaining hardcoded strings localized — update status, context menu, changelog window, preset categories, color labels
• UpdateService — status text (downloading, available, up to date, last checked) now uses .resx
• Context menu — "Update (v...)" was hardcoded in French, now localized
• Changelog window — title, subtitle, thanks, button, loading/error fallbacks all localized
• Settings — 7 preset category labels + 8 color swatch labels now use .resx
• Installer — post-install "Launch BetterTrumpet" checkbox now uses CustomMessages (EN/FR)

Fixes

• GDPR compliance — telemetry no longer forced to enabled in onboarding constructor. Only activated when user proceeds past Privacy page. Skipping onboarding leaves telemetry at its default (region-based).
• Escape closes changelog — KeyDown handler added for standard Windows keyboard behavior
