If you accidentally mouse over the scroll bar in the flyout, which is very easy to do, it opens and stays open for a while, blocking things, particularly the arrow at the top-right for collapsing/expanding the flyout. The bar should hide immediately or at least with a much quicker delay after moving the mouse away from it.
