- Add the 13 French keys that were missing entirely (English fallback at
  runtime). FR now has full key parity with EN (453 nodes each).
- Extract hardcoded English from XAML into resources so it can be localized:
  the "Experimental" badge, the five peak-meter style labels
  (Classic/Dotted/Blocks/Bars/Wave), and the "{0} device(s)" profile format.
- French terminology pass: standardize on VU-mètre, périphérique, préréglage,
  curseur; replace loanwords (setup, custom); fix "complèment" -> "complément"
  and the "n'est ou n'est pas" grammar error.
