cdad9a2When the VirtualizingStackPanel throws InvalidOperationException during device churn (rapid disconnect/reconnect), the crash handler marks it as handled but the flyout stays open — every subsequent layout pass throws again, producing ~20 error dialogs in 20 seconds. Now OnWindowsSizeInvalidated catches the exception and closes the flyout immediately via ChangeState(Closing_Stage1), breaking the loop.
