- Add useEffect cleanup to unpause hotkeys and end capture on unmount
- Track recording state via ref to prevent stale closure bugs in onBlur
- Fix race condition where clicking between buttons left hotkeys paused
- Add missing showDeviceSwitchNotification to SettingKey type
- Pass setSetting prop to ShortcutsPage for ToggleRow
