a8a66beThe expand/collapse path closes and re-opens the flyout (existing state-machine behavior). Re-running the full window "pop" there felt wrong, so: - Animate the chevron 180° (single glyph + RotateTransform) instead of swapping glyphs, for a smooth flip. - Tag the expand-triggered re-open (IsReopeningFromExpand) and, in that case, show the window without the scale pop (new BeginFlyoutInstantShow); the staggered row cascade carries the transition so it reads as the list unfolding rather than the whole window bouncing again.
