Dotted, Blocks, Bars, and Wave all carried a negative top margin left over
from Classic's two-bar pairing (meter1 above center, meter2 below). Once
the second bar is hidden for these single-bar styles, that same offset
just shifts the one remaining bar visibly above the track's actual
center instead of sitting on it.
