The extended-colors feature applies the active theme's TextColor to
the app-wide Text/GrayText refs (tray menu, settings, everywhere),
not just sliders, with no way to opt out. Every preset bundles a
TextColor, so picking one always recolors the tray menu too, even
though that color is tuned for the flyout's tinted background and
reads as too strong against plain menu/window chrome.

Adds ApplyThemeTextColor (default off) so slider/window-background
theming keeps working exactly as before, but menu/window text stays
on the normal theme's text color unless explicitly opted in.
