7afe27aTwo unrelated fixes that were sitting uncommitted in the tree. Microsoft Store owns updates for packaged installs, so when App.HasIdentity is true the GitHub/Inno UpdateService is never initialized, the tray "check for updates" action is hidden, and the update settings page is dropped from the Application category. Unpackaged GitHub/Chocolatey/Winget builds are unaffected. CLI output now attaches the parent console and sets UTF-8 encoding without a BOM. A redirected stdout was falling back to the OEM codepage, so box-drawing characters in the help banner and accented device names arrived as mojibake in bt.cmd. bt.cmd also stops wrapping successful non-JSON output in an error object, so `bt help` and `bt version` print as plain text.
