- Device shortcuts are now a sibling card instead of a nested Section,
  with one section-level description instead of repeated per-row meta
- Rows show a neutral 'Default' badge (accent dot) on the current
  default playback device, sorted first; isDefault ships in the payload
- Recorded shortcuts render as keycap chips (kbd styling) in both the
  global and device lists, with hover affordance to re-record
- Search on the shortcuts page now matches device names and hotkeys
- New resx keys WebSettingsDeviceShortcutsDesc / WebSettingsDefaultDeviceBadge
