Chocolatey:
- Switched from portable exe to Inno Setup installer (/VERYSILENT)
- Proper uninstall via Inno Setup uninstaller registry key
- Kill running instance before install/uninstall

Winget:
- InstallerType: inno (was portable)
- Scope: user, all install modes supported
- Silent/SilentWithProgress switches configured
- Validated with winget validate
