Cursor cloud agents are Linux-only, so WASAPI and the flyout cannot be exercised
here. Add tools/run-linux-self-test.sh to lock the portable pieces of #37/#41/#43:
PathSanitizer, the session disconnect race gate, and source contracts that forbid
the broken HSTRING marshallers.
