Runtime-added sessions (AnimateOnLoad) now grow their ListViewItem
container from 0 to its natural height over the same 220 ms ease-out as
the content fade/8px slide, so rows below shift fluidly instead of the
list popping. Height returns to auto on completion and is cleared again
in ResetTransientVisualState for recycled containers.
