The extended-colors feature overrides several theme Refs (Background,
AcrylicColor_Flyout, AcrylicBackgroundFallback, etc.) but missed two
that the settings window's own acrylic layers actually use for their
resting-state background: AcrylicBackground (the left nav pane's
Border) and AcrylicColor_Settings (the window's real DWM backdrop
brush). During a live resize the real acrylic backdrop briefly
suppresses, and whichever fallback layer becomes momentarily visible
was left on the theme's un-tinted default - a plain grey flash that
clears once the window settles and the properly-tinted acrylic takes
over again.

Adds both refs to the same override/restore/backup handling the
other Background-family refs already get.
