- Add Intent fallback when LauncherApps.startMainActivity or startAppDetailsActivity throws SecurityException (e.g., when app is not the default launcher)
- Add explicit position < 0 bounds checking in AppMenuAdapter click/long-click listeners and onBindViewHolder to prevent IndexOutOfBoundsException
