Cowork 0.1.17

This hotfix fixes Codex OAuth sign-in failures.

Fixed

• Switched automatic Codex browser sign-in back to the native Codex login acquisition path while still saving tokens in Cowork-owned auth storage.
• Stopped reserving the localhost callback port during authorize time, which could leave desktop/CLI pointing at a dead OAuth challenge before the real login flow started.
• Kept manual code completion support for fallback flows and updated tests around the new authorize/callback split.
