Build the Windows ARM64 bundled-runtime sidecar without minification so Bun does not rewrite newline string separators into multiline template literals that fail to parse on the ARM64 Windows runtime.

Keep session and memory SQL helpers on String.fromCharCode(10) so their generated chunks avoid newline template separators even when bundled.

Verification: bun test; bun run typecheck; bun run docs:check; COWORK_BUILD_PLATFORM=win32 COWORK_BUILD_ARCH=arm64 bun run build:desktop-resources; bundled entrypoint smoke with --json.
