edf5f85The file preview header was still carrying too much chrome for the new Word-focused preview flow. This trims the modal down to the single default-app open action, removes the visible path row and file utility actions, and keeps the DOCX fidelity warning as a short-lived banner that folds into a compact info chip. Constraint: Keep the interaction entirely renderer-local so the follow-up stays small and avoids new IPC surface changes Rejected: Leave the path visible but de-emphasized | still adds clutter to a modal that now has a clearer primary action Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Reversibility: clean Directive: Keep this preview header minimal; if more metadata gets added later, prefer collapsible affordances over restoring persistent file chrome Tested: bun run typecheck; bun run typecheck:desktop; cd apps/desktop && bun test; bun test; live Electron desktop preview for preview_latency_review.docx Not-tested: Cross-platform visual polish outside the current Electron dev client session
