e9da784Split settings page normalization into normalizeKnownSettingsPageId (pure mapping of known IDs) and normalizeSettingsPageId (applies desktop feature gating for remoteAccess). Update the z.preprocess schema to use the pure normalizer so schema coercion is independent of runtime feature flags. Adjust the desktop commands mock to accept overrides for getDesktopFeatureFlags and add a test to verify remoteAccess is preserved when a persisted override enables it.
