Phase 1 of the Bun-native migration: postinstall, open_xcode_workspace, the
stable test runner, and the package-manifest test drop node:child_process
and fast-glob in Bun-only code. Verified the Bun.Glob file set matches
fast-glob exactly (544 test files).
