test: cover continuation fingerprints, projection abort, and credential schema

Add fail-closed tests for provider continuation reuse, raw-stream
suppression, in-flight tool abort, MCP credential documents, and
transcript batch envelope limits. Keep composer draft prune fixtures
relative to Date.now() so the 30-day max age does not flake.
