The /rpc loopback transport merge left main failing CI gates: a missing
StartServerSocketData import in the h3 server, a transportType union in
dispatchJsonRpcMessage that never learned "http" (the zod schema and
protocol doc already had it), and stale generated JSON-RPC artifacts
missing the http transport enum member.
