glob normalizes patterns through paths.normalizeGlobPattern (backslash→slash
only on win32 hosts or win32-shaped patterns — POSIX fast-glob escapes like
\* are preserved instead of unconditionally destroyed) and splits absolute
patterns via paths.splitAbsoluteGlob (fixes the '|| "/"' drive-relative-root
bug). grep routes its deny-glob separators the same way. ripgrep resolves the
managed binary via exec.binaryName and spawns discovered rg through
exec.resolveSpawn (typed UnsafeShimArgumentError on a .cmd/.bat shim instead
of silent cmd mangling); dead .cmd/.bat candidate lists removed. Migration
rows 6 and 10.
