feat(providers): add Together AI provider

- add Together AI chat-completions provider wiring and model configs

- register GLM-5, Kimi-K2.5, and Qwen3.5-397B-A17B with pricing and image-input metadata

- extend provider, runtime, pricing, registry, and desktop label tests for Together support
